Planet Ocean 8900 partial service

Hey guys,

I dropped my Planet Ocean 8900 at OMEGA for partial service because of a loose bezel and I was wondering how long it'll take to get my watch back from service in New Jersey.

Depends. I’ve had 2 week tour arounds for major warranty work, and seen 2 months for simple work like this.

it's insanity.... they told me 3 weeks when I dropped it off. What good is a warranty if you can just take to a watchmaker and have it done in 20 minutes?
