I'm a bit puzzled by seeing two different bezel types on the Planet Ocean 2500 models. Was it changed half way through its production run? One bezel type has rounded knurling and the other has squared off edges. I've noticed both differences on the orange bezel aswell. Curious if anyone knows why there is a difference.

Maybe one’s the 42mm and the other is the 45.5mm?

Exactly this. The photo on the left shows the 42mm version whereas the photo on the right is the 45.5mm one.

You can see the difference here: https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-seamaster-planet-ocean-22015000

And hello there, first post. Was triggered to answer this PO question, have owned a 2201.50 Planet Ocean for over 11 years now and I still think it's the best Planet Ocean of them all, but of course I'm biased.

Wow, thats odd. Interesting choice to have that difference on the same watch based on size.
