ordinary ? I find these pins are somehow special, but they stick together as a couple. Maybe it is hard see on the pic.

I have an Omega mariner as i said before . I have changed the spring bars and they sit inside the barrel or what i shold call it . They are exactly 12 mm long and 2 mm outside dia . Are you sure there isn't a springbar inside of this to ? 1,5 mm in diameter .

    good question.
So then the pins are not the big issue, but then I need several of the "double-cases" for the pins. This ain't easier at all, or not?!

Okej .It looks like your barrels or double-cases are very worn ? You mean that you need to change them because of that? It's hard to see in the photo how the look ? How do the holes in the bracelet part looks . Mine are a little worn in the holes . But the fit of the bracelet where much better after i changed the pins .

Indeed, at least half of the cases show stretch. I tried to squeeze a case in the previous shape, but because of being inexperienced a pin dropped out of the case. Before going on I try to find some spare cases/pins
