    Hi guys,

I posted about a piepan I picked up a wee while ago. I shipped it off to Simon Freese who has given it a clean and service, luckily my punt came off and he said it was in good mechanical condition. He seems to have done a great job.

Anyway, I thought I'd throw a few pics out. Usual disclaimer regarding lack of talent for photography applies.

    Fantastic

The movement number also places it early in the consecutive 100,000 movements series ( the 3rd milestone series, as Desmond calls it from 5th oct 1964 to 10th Feb 1966 that all passed COSC testing ( 24,410,000 to 25,509,999)

You’re welcome - Desmond wrote the essay though, and did all the research ( the essay “omega history making movements” is worth a read on his website

I have 3 that fall into the 3rd series

Congratulations, an extraordinarily beautiful watch.... exactly what I'd choose (if I had the choice)....
