Went to check out a watchmaker and he offered this one for sale.

Printing is not as heavy as it looks but I’m pretty sure the off center crosshair means not a good idea, among other issues. Medallion is average but the stars and some detail is still present.

Picture is bad I know but case is in good nick. Offer price is 1k. Presents better in hand.

I don’t know a whole a massive amount about these.

    Thoughts?

My thoughts are that this is a crappy redial with a beat-up over polished case and not worth buying, let alone the price.

Oh, and the hands are wrong.

That is a pretty all-round poor Connie.

Wrong hands, wrong crown, over-polished case, redial. Not worth much more than the movement inside, to me (assuming the movement is in good condition because it came from a watchmaker).
