    Much like military and art-deco, it seems a lot of sellers have noticed that pie-pan Constellations sell for more than non-pie-pan Constellations, so tack that on to the ad...

    Looks like you picked the wrong one. A faked case comes with fake dial with wrong script, wrong hands.

    It is the only 18k dial with crosshair for ref 168.005 that I've ever seen

    Oooooo, pink gold capped - very nice! Steve (Cicindella) has a pink gold capped 14.381 / 551 cross hair that's sweet too. That's the reference and case style I'd want for the caliber 551 example in my collection.

    By the way, those idiots listings those watches as piepans need to be taken out back and beaten.
