Perhaps not what you were asking for, but here's a couple of photos I took on my way to work yesterday. My hometown of Wellington, New Zealand, has experienced extreme wind speeds over the past few days. In fact, the Mount Kaukau weather station, just above my house, stopped functioning around midnight last night due to wind gusts reaching up to 150 km/h.
I know that our members have put together several threads of beautiful photographs for sunrises and sunsets. Anybody have any photos for weather? I’ll start.
