Looks like it's going to fund charity so all good. Interesting that it's been in the family the whole time. Looks like this will set the all time record for a Rolex at auction. Looks like vintage Daytona is going to get even more ridiculous than it already is.

would not be surprised at all if this hammers for 8 figures. who knows. you get a couple really well heeled bidders who want the Grail to end all Grails, $20mm+ wouldnt shock me.

I would pay as much as it takes to get that close to the epic Paul Newman and this epic Daytona. I might fail to outbid people with a 80 meters yacht though, but I'm already prepared for the frustration
