Decided I wanted some cash out of the pp account only to receive - "Your withdrawal request is awaiting release for final processing, pending review by PayPal." Plenty around on the net with times of seventy two hours and more quoted before you receive "your" cash. Any others been through this ? and is it really for our benefit? And whilst not in this case if the cash was for an item sold on the bay would you feel comfortable releasing the goods before you physically had the cash in your bank account - t&c excepting?
If you have a Paypal debit card you can withdraw from any ATM machine. Of course there's a fee for each transaction, and a daily limit of $400 I think. If you transfer to your bank account it takes 3 or 4 business days.
Yes a long standing verified account, in the past transfer to bank account was almost instant. Perhaps this time scale is going to be the norm but it certainly flies in the face of the faster payment scheme here in the UK.
