Ok! there is patination and then there is PATINATION, having a bit of a tidy and came across this piece.
Runs beautifully and I may actually give it some wrist time, possibly the effects of medication but I see a strange appeal in it
Opinions welcome and can you go one step further ?

 

I don't mind patina, provided it is aesthetically pleasing to my eye.

Now I wouldn't buy that one mind you, but I'd wear it on occasion if someone I loved dearly gifted it to me. .

 

I feel that it takes me back to the 1960's, a great time to have been a teenager

 

Reminds me of an acid trip I may or may not have had. Interesting patterns.

 

The dial reminds me of the melting Antarctica ice shelf! Kinda melty and runny.
