Parts for DH?

Hi all, both case screws are missing from my recently acquired DH. Other than that seems fine. Any ideas on whether it’s feasible to get the correct screws? I took some donor Longines to the watch guy, but according to him screw heads not large enough on any of them. I understand that it’s not a matter of one size fits all for 12.68Z.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the late response.
This is realy interesting, but don’t really understand why it would be so.
Of the other examples I’ve looked at, the 22188, 22203, 22209, 22235 they seem to have case screws. Mine is a 22133, and I found pictures of three other examples, two of those also don’t have case screws, and the one that does, the case screws look incorrect.
But wouldn’t they all, being Ref: 5130 be the same?

I don`t have an Longines DH, but I have/had several sei and tre tacches from the same era with
same movement ring/shockproofing. None of them had case screws. In my opinion they all left the factory this way. Maybe wehrmacht had som different demands? Can you post pictures of DH with case screws?
