    Sadly, my watch fell on the ground and one of the pieces (circled in the picture below) broke. Can you tell me what the name of this piece is and where to get a replacement?

    I would be more concerned about what else has been damaged if you dropped an uncased movement on the floor as well as how much dirt entered the movement and the oils from your fingers on what looks like a nice clean movement.

    Was it in the case ?
    If so, how did you open the case ?
    Is the dial and hands still attached ?
    Did you find the broken off bit ?

    Yep case clamp is needed

    Note that case clamps are classified as case parts and not movement parts, you will need the case reference number to source the correct clamp.
