Thanks I was worried about the same thing in closer inspection

 

Also, price would give you some clues.
You figured if they are trying to sell $5k watch for $500 it is a fake one in 99.9% cases.

Ask the seller to take another photo of the movement to see if its an angle issue. Panerai workmanship is definitely better than this.

 

Fake - lots of tells on this one, even with poor photos...
