·This one is for any Panerai aficionados..a rare Purdey 'Lion' from 2002 made in only 25 pieces.
The special edition run came in 4 varieties with case cap engravings of Hummingbird 00153, 4 Birds 00154, Flowers 00155 and the one you see here, Lion 00152.
Each piece came in only 25 pieces for a total run of 100, and this one is numbered 4/100 and was purchased in late 2002.
This watch is totally complete as when it was originally purchased from Purdey & Sons in Mayfair with its large walnut veneer box, scrolls, spare case cover, spare strap, booklets, warranty card and instructions.
The watch is in superb condition and has been worn sparingly. For the last 10 years it has been stored in a safe.
Case is 44mm stainless with engraved safety cap.
