Can't help but cringe every time I encounter one of these... And to shell out nearly 2K for having your valuable vintage watch destroyed.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Omega-Spee...sh=item1ee944593e:g:0-oAAOSwtgFbhwyj&LH_BIN=1Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
You know it is bad when the only part of the description which describes the physical condition of the watch is "The crystal still has the Omega watermark in the center"
What a terrible shame. Apart from everything else, I really don't like to see, thin tubed, service pushers on this reference. Kills the charm 'stone dead'. The bit that made me smile was the 3 people watching.
Yowzers! The intolerable sight aside, that price also belongs here https://omegaforums.net/threads/wis...hat-have-unrealistic-price-expectations.7766/
A photo of the shiny object that is causing so much offence. It isn't even the correct JB Champion bracelet. What it may have previously looked liked prior to the service.
So who is gonna message him and say "With the BIN price you have on this watch, I assume all original parts that were removed are included and can be replaced on the watch, since your $1900 service destroyed about $7K in value". I mean seriously what is it worth at this point? $4 or 5K? How low does the price have to be for it to be worth purchasing?
