    Compared with the picture on the omega database for this case reference, the hands are different, there is a 12 (not correct for this model) and the bottom or the r in seamaster does not have the same loop at the end.
    What do the experts think?

    Looks like an original dial in poor condition. The condition is bad enough though that whether it is original or not is almost irrelevant.
