    Very hard to tell from that pic. Pls post better pics to avoid guesswork and to be able to point out concrete, specific issues (if any) with the dial.

    Looks like one of those early cal 28.10 pieces. Possibly a ref 2375 or something like that. Better photos are needed, but the dial looks ok at first glance, and these pieces can be desirable.

    That newer photo is really no better. Perhaps you can try taking some photos using natural lighting. And practice will help to learn how to get the camera in focus. You can take a lot of photos, then choose a few that are in focus.

    I can't see the tip of the minute hand very well, but it would be expected o end right at the minute track, so it looks basically correct.

    I'd say that the dial is original, but the hour and minute hands are suspect, minimally as they appear to have been relumed.
