Found what looks to be a Speedmaster 145.014 but not sure if case is original. It is a Mark II, and all of the mark II cases I saw are more square sort, kinda like this:



Watch that I saw has case looking like a 145.022 for example, so not sure what is going on here.





Is this original case and watch, or Mark II put into another Speedmaster case (or something else)? Thanks

 

There are multiple possibilities, but most likely an original Mark II racing dial put in a moonwatch. Also see this thread:

basically its a mkII dial in a moonwatch case. But something else fishy appears to be going on.
