I've seen original Centenary bars, and they are either brass or solid gold. Has anyone picked apart an untouched 18K early Constellation, and noted whether the bars were brass or gold? I'm guessing not stainless. And further, I've heard varying opinions about whether stainless bars will eventually deform the lug holes on 18K cases - any thoughts?
