Redial with mis matched movement parts, notice the colour different between oscillating weight and rest? Not recommended.
That's a really bad one. When you want to spot if it's a redial, look for the Reference Number of the watch, google it and compare. If it looks really bad compared to most other watches with the same ref. it's probably a redial. In this case also the hands are bad.
