I am on the lookout for a vintage Seamaster, particularly the 165.024 (straight hand model) and found this on chrono24. Before I jumped into it, may I have your opinions on the following: i) has anyone dealt with this seller before? ii) is this watch authentic? iii) is this a fair price? http://www.chrono24.com/en/omega/ge...st&dosearch=true&urlSubpath=/search/index.htm For that matter, if anyone wants to offload his 165.024 (straight hand), please PM me. My many thanks in advance to all the views and advices. Cheers.
Don't know the seller. Watch looks nice but would like to see pictures of the movement, back and inner caseback. Price a bit on the high side. BTW, where are you located?
Thank you for the fast reply, MSNWatch. The seller had posted me via PM the back casing and close up shots of the watches. He will get back to me on the movement tomorrow. Do you have a watch to offload? I hail from the Far East.
Mines a 1966.......I for one love candle stick hands on the SM300......good luck at snatching this one up. Hope to see more images.....

Thank you for sharing your invaluable comments. I decided to pass this as the price is too high. Closing the loop here and hence, if anybody wants it, you may want to contact the seller directly.
