Thank you very much for your answer. There is indeed a scratch and numbers that I can't read well, but I ordered a watchmaker's magnifying glass and I think I could read a little better (sorry for my English, but I'm French, and my english is not perfect) . I 'm not home right now, but i will take more picture. The thing is that there is a missing part in the movement, in the 80's, a watchmaker take off the chrono part (brigde etc...)

looks like a genuine dial and case to me, seems like a very rare watch and interesting project. Do you have the subdial hands and chrono sweep hands? If not those will be extremely difficult if not nearly impossible to find. Weird that so much of the movement is missing. Agree you will need a donor movement, however I would not just drop in a complete donor movement. I would keep all the existing pieces from the original mvmt possible, including the main plate/other plates, etc, and only replace what is necessary. For such a rare watch you want to maintain maximum originality on everything. It would be amazing to see this brought back to life, but I would do it carefully.
