Opinions on this SM120 166.0250 Bezel please

Is the pointed 4 on the"baby ploprof" bezel indicative of a service bezel or an early bezel - I see these luminova pointed 4s on Watchco builds but still looking to find one other than a flat top four on an Omega factory issued 166.0250.

Can anyone say if there were bezel font variations within this reference?

The insert markers and numerals look like tritium and not luminova

Here is a pic of the pointed 4 as it appears in the OJTT was published in 2007 - so yes original factory issues had both. I suspect the pointed 4 is later as it aligns with the service dial fonts. An old thread here on the ΩF refers to service bezels having a pip in the triangle.
