Trying to train my eyes... DO90 bezel Evenly aged plots Hands look correct T Swiss Made T in right config Pushers too big?
It's a photo shopped or over lit photo that makes it hard to judge the finer points of the dial, and this is where the kind of extra value that I look for lies. I think you are correct in your assessment , and this is a pretty good start. When buying a watch of this quality and patinated look, the first thing I do is have my watchmaker service it, and in this case I would replace pushers. I need to see a daylight photo to see if this is one of those very attractive types that I like, and therefore valuable, (to me at least)
Case looks thick. That's a good start... Patina is a bit dark, hands may be original but are a shade lighter.
The pusher look correct to me, I have seen this kind on quite a few 105.003s The dial looks very nice. The hands look like they may have been repainted.
Given the dial I'd want to see movement photos before going any further down the purchasing track, hell even if the dial was good I'd still want to see the movement. A 321 that needs a root canal due to severe rust or damage can cost more than a nice Constellation piepan to put right, buy one in good condition and keeping it that way isn't overly hard, buy a lemon and you're dealing with discontinued parts that take more man hours sourcing than the actual service takes.
It has very dark patina on dial,(indicator of very wet country provenance), hands are repainted which is an indicator of rust, so I'm with dsio as checking that movement; bezel, crown pushers are originals from factory.
