ive done much looking at this piece and I have an idea on value, but like most I'd like the OF's opinion.

Not questioning authenticity just value, and opinions on say the watch itself whether it be the movement or style in general. I thought about getting a reduced speedy for some time but after reading reviews I decided to just save up for the 311. For now I want a panda type speedy.

I'm sure a few here know that I've had my eye set on a panda and I'm considering this one as well. I Just like the white dial look in general and there are only so many that offer that look.

    Considered new pretty much

There are two on Chrono24 right now. $2790 & $3499 both in USA. Also a few on ebay ranging from $2490 to $2900. Not sure I would like one as my only watch, but I can see why you like them! One thing is certain... you can definitely tell what time it is! It's a very clean cut look. I wonder if they age nicely???

What movement does it have in this watch? Valjoux 7750 or F. Piguet 33xx...???

Well the good news is that you only have to find one. That being the case, take your time and wait for the right one. you don't want to be paying out that amount of money for a watch that you are not totally happy with.;)

Didn't think so, couldn't find anything when googling.

I'll just have to grab an actual moonwatch!

I'm thinking this was never worn, I can't find a single scratch on any link, case or clasp for the watch.

So you gave up on the Panda/Yemen?

Nice looking watch I've never seen that colorway before. Rock solid COSC movement on these. These watches are an interesting bridge between the dates and the racing models.

I bet it would look great on the cordura strap and deployant the Yemen was available on.

19mm strap size on these. I would recommend having @jankoxxx do a black strap with 2 stitches in white for it.

That question is definitely a personal decision. For myself, if I'm not going to enjoy wearing a watch regularly then I'm not going to own it. Although, I can certainly see a difference in perspective if one's profession is more physically abusive such as construction or the like.

Your watch looks great! That is one of the things I like about Omega is the great diversity of the Speedmaster line (non-moonwatch). You can really get want you want if you look long enough. I really loved the look of the black dialed Panda's, picked this up over the summer. I have really enjoyed it. IMG_0703.JPG
