    HI guys,
I am looking to buy this 14k solid gold Seamaster ref2577, I noticed that there is no SWISS/SWISS Made on the dial, not sure if this correct for the model, otherwise I think it look ok. Please give your thought.

Sorry for the quality of the pictures.

    Cheers

Looks ok to me, it could be hiding under the crystal tension ring. If that's a dent on the caseback though I would pass as it looks like a pretty big one!

Dent in case back! shouldn't seamasters be lower. Think @cicindela has one of these..

The Seamaster position is ok. If you google up Omega Seamaster 354 you'll see a bunch of variants including this one.

And the dial has been cleaned in an uneven manner perhaps with swabs and chemical solutions.

Thanks guys for your help, I think I will pass on this one. I have a few more pictures of the watch from the sellers and I couldn't see any part of the "Swiss made" at all, the seller also confirmed that he couldn't see any part of the "Swiss Made" and told me the same thing Kyle suspected that it might be hidden under the tension ring. Is it common that the whole words are hidden? I thought at least I should see some part of it.

    Regards,
