Opinion on this vintage Omega

Hello everyone,

I would highly appeeciate your opinion on this example which i am thinking to purchase.
I think it should be Omega CK2537 Fab Suisse and looks authentic to me but I am far from expert so your thoughts are more than welcome!

The photos aren't the best, but my gut feeling is that is has a repainted dial and replacement hands.

I don't know, I could be wrong. It's hard to be sure because the images are blurry, but I'm just getting a sense that it's not original. Font not looking right for the era, outer track looks funny. With the relumed hands and polished case, it looks very "prepped" and it's just setting off alarms for me. At the very least, I'd need to do more research on it.
