dear respectable members, I would like to ask the expert if this vintage speedmaster is original and if usd 4,200 would be fair market value from buyer's perspective. Assuming the watch come with correct bracelet. if head only is USD 3,300? thanks for your opinion
Those photos are pretty limiting and there is no photo of the movement. From what I can see it's a 105.003. It has the correct bezel. hands, and caseback. $4200 with original bracelet would be quite a deal, as would $3200 for the head.
We heard many bargained price thread lately..........this could be one of it. Open the caseback and check the serial number, if the S/N is right (22 mill) and the movement condition is good, then you may strike a very nice deal
To me it looks like the hands are replacements possibly. The patina looks off, though it could be because of the pictures. The watch looks great for the price, but as was said above, need to see the inside of the case back and movement to really make an assessment.
I'd like to see the movement also but at $3200 I'd grab it and hope for the best. It appears that the watch is running and that the chrono hands are all reset. The hour counter is slightly off. It seems to me that a lot of these watches have issues with the chrono function when they are badly in need of service.
Dear respectable members, I would like to ask if the serial number in 24 million (24952010) is consistent with this Omega Speedmaster 105.003 model. Thank you very much
