    don`t like it. but that is just a gut feeling. have a few FAP in my collection and seen a few more. this one never crossed my path..... if you want to buy it, pay for the watch. not for added value of the FAP engraving. kind regards. achim

    This is not the first time I have seen what appears to be a ref 2990, with a Seamaster dial and the FAP marking. Here is a link to a similar example discussed on MWR several years ago.

    I don't know if the watch you have in the pictures is a 2990, but as in the previous case, I think its quite possible the "FAP" was added after the fact. At the very least I would want to see an extract of records before I purchased this watch for anything over watch value.
