Managed to drop her from about 4 feet onto concrete. Thankfully all the damage is on the crystal and not the bezel. The problem is I've been scrubbing at this thing with polywatch for about 10 minutes and it doesn't look like it's doing a thing. Are there any other options, or I should I be looking to replace the crystal?

    Polywatch?!

That's for minor scratches, not cracked crystals - get your watch to your watchmaker and get the hesalite changed. And get it a quick look-over to make sure, that the mechanism hasn't been damaged.

Ah perfect. Yeah it's hesalite. Looking at that page, the only hesalite option they have doesn't include the reference number of my watch (3572.50). Can I go out on a limb and assume it would be fine?

@Kringkily can you confirm the part? I just remembered you replaced it once before shipping it out.

    You could try this:

Or have it replaced by a professional.

First thing I would do is pull out the crown and stop the movement. Then I would take it too a watchmaker and replace the crystal. Hopefully, that's all that's wrong with your watch. Of course this is just my 2 cents.
