Could we have a photo thread featuring Constellations having onyx markers? These can be very appealing and it would be nice to see some good examples. If any Omega models other than the Constellations were produced with onyx markers then it would be nice to see them as well. Was onyx introduced in about 1960 or were there any 1950s Omegas supplied with onyx markers? Can anyone provide a photo of the earliest Omega model to feature onyx markers? I don't have an Omega that features onyx markers so really "need" to see some photos in order to develop a yen for yet another watch.
Hah! First one in is not a Constellation so apparently onyx was more generally used on dials than I realized.
This Constellation has one extra onyx marker in place of the calendar: Here is a Bulova Accutron with black inlaid markers: Not sure if onyx or plastic, looks nice either way. gatorcpa
