·Problem as given (while I was being given instructions on garden watering for the next few weeks while a friend checks the house in France she hasn't seen since February 2020):
"Mower won't start."
Madame's solution:
New mower
My solution:
Check fuel level.
It will run with lower fuel level than the mark but not start. Filled up and it started first pull. The dipstick was made for her a few years ago.
But it turns out she has worse problems
"sorting out the disgusting pool, flooded bathroom, no signal to TV etc etc. and the weather is grim!"
Don't you have servants to sort it out?
