Hi all. Advice on a possible purchase. I am not into vintage. I love new stuff. (can be vintage design) I currently own: Rolex Sub - Love the history, Iconic, looks Rolex Explorer I - Great allrownder, fit and looks Omega Speedmaster - History, manual wind nice, simplicity. Omega Seamaster Quarts - OK, beach, holiday watch. Some Tag quarts - dont like it, think it is too small. All my watches are very readable. As a child I remember a friend of mine one day saying that Longines watches are great. I loved the name and also thought Longines watches are great, even without ever seeing one. Now I want to own one. I really have no idea where to start. Are there any iconic pieces to consider? What will fit in with my collection? Maybe something a little more dressy? Maybe. I will really appreciate some input. .
Based on your comments you might like something out of their Heritage collection. How about their Legend Diver? Or the Conquest? https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/the-longines-legend-diver https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/b...-longines-conquest-1954-2014-a-true-throwback
Buy this one. Nice watch, new, vintage look, very decently priced, I might say. https://omegaforums.net/threads/longines-conquest-heritage.49185/#post-592273
