Shipping to Kyle tomorrow is the 168.005 since I couldn't sell that to just anyone. The big question is how many more watches will I have to sell before I can scrounge up the cash for a Breguet 5197BB? Don't know if you guys have noticed, but for the last few months I've been wearing the VC and both AP's at least once a week each. That leaves a couple work days and then my days off to show a little love to the rest of the watches. Time to shoot a bunch of pics I guess.
I had a feeling you would chime in Rick. You were second in line. Don't worry, you'll get a head's up on anything else I list. Todd (hunter shooter) has dibs on my Memovox, Mike (MSNwatch) has dibs on the Seamaster pie pan if that has to go, and Steve (Cicindella) has dibs on the black dialed Connie, but I think everything else is fair game.
Oh damn! I forgot you were interested in a Flagship! Sorry Angel! When I decide which one, or even if both need to go, you've got first choice. I really should keep a list of who has dibs on what, and which watches I supposedly have first crack at from other members.
Your Honor, I present you with Exhibit A above. I'll increase the rate and intensity of feeding my pig starting tomorrow!
Well, it's Monday April 2nd now so I'll let you off the hook by saying April Fools! Seriously, as much as I like that Breguet there's no way I'm tossing years of work down the tubes for a watch that loses 50% of it's value as soon as I walk out the door. If vintage watch prices keep rising steadily and people get more interested in them this might be a way to augment your retirement fund. Rick - when you're ready I'm at your beck & call to aid in the search for your pie pan. Angel - don't worry dude, there's a Flagship with your name on it in the near future. Oh, and Kyle is getting the 168.005..... but only on a temporary basis. He's actually shipping me the black dial hooded lug Seamaster so I can have an up close & personal look at the dial. A bunch of macros are necessary for educational / comparison purposes.
Thanks Dennis. I have a feeling it will be a long search, but that's ok. Let me know though if anything you have needs a new home.
Hi Guys, It's Windy. The price is an Hermes bag. And I know how to make it look like it was natural. I'm a nurse, remember.
Dennis, get that lady a 35 cm Hermes Birkin. Grey Croc W/Palladium Hardware....just find a 150K and your all set! ROFL
