You wait for a 1965 to come along and several arrive! Wrong time of year for me for a purchase unless I can shift a couple of mine quickly but this looks like a nice example. Lovely bezel, case is sharp considering the polish. Replacement hands? May be worth an enquiry to see if originals available. A little expensive considering no bracelet imo, but might be worth treating the wife to a day trip to France if it's still available after Christmas. www.chrono24.co.uk/omega/speedmaster-105003-65-ed-white-cal321-premoon-don--id3930679.htm Opinions anyone?
Have a nice holiday in France but leave this watch there. Barring an extract, The movement number belongs to a 105.003-64.
Good spot, hadn't noticed the full serial. Yes, request they obtain an extract before making a trip I'd say. 105.012-64 2052 7xxx – 2282 5xxx 105.012-65 2282 5xxx – 2452 7xxx
Dial lume not great and case a bit polished. Bezel looks great so maybe replaced? 105.003 prices have rocketed recently so knows what's now std but as Gemini says wrong serial no. so no go.
Almost every time I've seen a newly listed 60's Speedmaster in recent months I've been shocked at the price. Are they actually selling at this level???
Yes I think so. Receiving so many pm's on Instagram for my Ed white. Recently a guy offered me 9k dollars based on one picture..
In the ad he says hands are new and tritium lume washed away. That plus wrong serial would make this a definite no go for me. But, France would be nice!
