Since there wasn't really a question, I think I'll show off my research skills. Based on the reference number on the back, that's a Seamaster Cosmic, 166.022. It should house a cal. 565 automatic movement. Without seeing the serial number, I'm not 100% sure, but it should be from the late 1960s. I know the answer is probably yes, but wonder if anyone actually has a collection of dictator dialed watches. And I'm not just talking the cheapos above, but a serious collection.
