·Hello all,
This is my second omega, I have a seamaster 300 professional. The reason I bought it last year was because my grandfather has a collection of omegas. Yesterday, he let me have on of his watches that he got from a friend. I have attached Images of the watch. One thing that sticks out is the movement for the watch it has it as 1250, when I know it should be 1260. Will it be difficult to find the correct identification piece of the movement? I assume his friend changed the plaque at some point and just placed a 1260 one. Case is a bit beat up, it has a nice strap by GP bought at omega a few years ago, the crystal has a little omega edged in the center. I never seen one like this, so I was curious about it being original or not. Thanks for looking.
