I can imagine that this is a very rare and important watch.
I have seen these old Omega chronographs with the pusher in between the lugs before but mainly in gold. The prices these achieved were mind boggling.
If your watch is correct which I think it is, it is a museum piece for sure.
I second the WOW, that's the coolest watch I have seen this year by a mile. I look forward to the knowledgable members putting some flesh on the bones. The silver mark isn't totally clear on my screen, is it .925 sterling silver?
