My consolidation continues! I'm selling an unknown reference Omega from the early 1940s. The photos were taken in natural light without the use of filters. The watch is being sold head only.
Movement: Omega caliber R17.8 in good condition keeping good time. The watch has not been serviced while in my possession though there is what appears a watchmaker’s date on the inside of the case back.
Dial: original sector dial in very good condition showing some marks of age.
Case: 34.5mm stainless steel case that is in excellent condition, lug width is 19mm. The case is incredibly thin and is really comfortable to wear.
The Deal: My price is $950 OBRO shipped via USPS priority mail insured. I would prefer a sale in the continental US though I will consider international buyers on a case-by-case basis. I will accept payment from PayPal (+3%) or gift, Venmo, Zelle or bank wire transfer. I tend to buy more than I sell though I have certainly sold watches over the years. I have 100% feedback as "lytton_springs" on Ebay. I'd be happy to provide credentials and or establish ownership of the watch. No returns unless I have grossly misrepresented the watch. I'd be happy to show the watch in person in San Francisco, CA.
