I have my grandfather's Omega with the Accutron movement. It is not running and I have had no luck through Omega or any local jeweler to get it running. They all tell me parts are scarce and people that can rebuild them even more so. If there's anyone that can point me in the right direction I would like to get this watch going.

Where in the world are you?

Depending on the answer, it is likely it can be fixed but is likely never going to be worth a lot, only a very few f300s are.

It's not actually an Accutron movement by the way. Omega used an ETA movement with tech licences from Accutron but they are quite different.

Pictures!. There are numerous watchmakers that will repair Omega f300hz watches (if that is what you have). Depending on where you are, you might have to send it away. If you have no money in the watch so far and it has a family connection, it might be worth the cost of repair and restoration. It largely depends on the model of watch. Let's see it!
