Omega Watches Needed for GQ Shoot (Omega Dynamic, Equinox, and Memomaster)

Hi, my name is Cam, I'm the Watch Editor over at GQ. We are doing a shoot and I am trying to find three Omega pieces: the Dynamic, Equinox, and Memomaster. Are there any collectors with these pieces who are based in NYC? Please message me if so!

Confirmed Cam is legit and cleaned up posts here. Also, his request is to show up at their offices in person.

Hi, @camwolf, yours is a prestigious magazine. Can’t you just contact the Omega press/advertising office and source the watches you want from them?

Yeah Omega is providing almost 20 pieces for the shoot but these specific models weren’t available. I’ve tried dealers + friends, and a collector group chat im in recommended reaching out to the folks here on the forum so here I am

The “I need samples/watches/custom product for a photo shoot” is a well known scam. It happened to a fellow leather worker and I’ve linked his story about it below. I’m sure you understand the earlier hesitation and assumptions, especially from a new member without a history here. I’m glad that this project could be vetted. Good luck with your project.

Yea nothing wrong with being suspicious of course but we did confirm that Cam is entirely legitimate in this instance

I’ll have a hunt around for some of the collectors of those and point them to this thread, with the dynamic is it the Geneve Dynamic, Seamaster Dynamic, Dynamic III or one of the other oddball variants you’re after?
