Where I can get an appraisal for a Omega Watch ?

What a strange open ended question. No mention of where in the world you are for instance. 'Where can I get an appraisal of an Omega watch in Ulan Bator' would be more useful, well marginally.

 

It is a 18k gold omega women's watch. The model number is 071601100. The serial number is 54247657. It is in great condition only worn 3 times. It is from 1996 in the original box and has extra links. I am located in NJ about 30 minutes away of NYC.

 

Do you want an insurance appraisal or an idea of what you would be able to get for it should you decide to sell? The two will be vastly different.

Ebay can be used for the kind of free appraisal you desire. Simply list the item in auction format and voila! Value ascertained.

 

Probably around the scrap gold price (less movement weight) if it's solid gold.
