Omega watch from my Grandfathers collection - ID Help

Can anyone help me figure out what model watch this is? It comes with some notes from my grandfather who is long since passed… He said that it was a rare omega, one of the first made. Looks like a nurse’s watch, but I’m not sure.

Ideas?

Not rare, not early....... probably from the 1920's but the serial number on the movement will confirm date of production. Take a picture and post it.

Moon hands are cool and may point earlier maybe 1910's.

As a general rule, at that time, a central sweep seconds hand was a women's style. Measure the diameter without the crown and post it.
