Omega Watch Cushions - the recent Trilogy Box

Would any of the fine folks here know if the corduroy watch cushions that came with the Trilogy re-editions are the same size as the original ones; and, are replacements available from AD's or elsewhere?

I am still looking for a replacement cushion for a crater box and thought this might be an option.
