i was bidding on a couple clocks and lost the bid on both. Before i spend all this money i realized i should ask the wonderful people of this forum if they know if these clocks are real dealer clocks. Also what do they typically sell for, what would one of these be worth and how much is too much for one of these. thanks in advance. here's the links: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-SEAMA...523?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&hash=item4d0657f93bPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network and http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-SPEED...704?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&hash=item4d061d7578Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Well they are real clocks, but not dealer or Omega supplied clocks and are not worth anything near the sale price. Fake counterfeit item, infringement of Omega copyright.
Lol another here! madness to see how much they sell for! Love the honesty... Japanese movement... So let me get this straight, Omega are using jap movements now!! http://bit.ly/ULHSL5
No one has really got this right, there are Omega clocks with omega movements and there are dealership clocks which are licensed by omega but have among them, Japanese, Chinese and German movements. I have sold both and they do get silly money. I have a marble Art Deco omega clock, which the omega museum hasn't even got! I've been offered 5k already, so this is why the prices on all omega clocks are high.....it's basic capitalism!![/quote]
