Omega W.W.W HELP

Hello.
I bought a vintage Omega watch.
I want to clarify the following questions:
1. Can you establish what exactly this model is?
2. Do you have doubts about the appearance of the hands and dial, are they original?
3. The balance was broken during repair and maintenance. Where can you find a similar or suitable one?
4. What is the approximate cost of this copy?

What I know about the watch:
1. Arrows were painted and lum was applied.
2. The mechanism is serviced and restored except for the balance.
3. On the case and dial there is a mark about belonging to a military watch.
Thanks for any help!

ill let others who are more than me chime in but looks fake to me (apart from the movement) should be sub seconds not center seconds for a start

Hopefully you're okay....But, you should be asking these questions from these knowledgeable members BEFORE you buy the timepiece.

Yes it’s a very bad fake. The movement is also trashed. I’d return it ASAP.

Can someone tell me which model it was originally?
Maybe you can find out by the number of the mechanism?

As noted, the watch is just a hodgepodge of parts, faked up to look superficially like a WWW. Interesting that they didn't bother to add issue numbers.

Completely agree with all the comments above. Dial and caseback examples below (as seen in the FS forum-currently on its way to me 😁):

I'm on the hunt for a WWW Omega Dirty Dozen too. Its sooo hard to find one that hasnt been relumed or refinished with some reasonable original condition. I thought I had a hard time finding a birth year yellow dial Pogue. This search is proving to be a bigger challenge.
