Very old... Not redial,

 

Open it up and get some decent pictures. But it really does look like a redialed, re-cased pocket watch, especially with the seconds at 9 o'clock. And 37mm seems to me, a rather large movement for wrist watch of the era this one is trying to look like it's from.

What's the serial number on the movement? I can't quite make it out. Does it start with a 76? Which dates it to the early 1930s.

 

Not an Omega case. Pocket watch caliber. Apparently not an Omega original dial (blurry pictures however). Unknown model.

Everything leads to the conclusion that it is a recased redialed pocket watch.
