Are you sure it is an Omega case? Any Omega markings on case?
    Dial looks repainted to me.

Went to an Omega boutique & the staff verified as an original dial, they thought it was prob cleaned abit though when the crystal was replaced..

They said that the D&A (DiVincenzo & Arienti) inscription on the case was a third party case maker in the early 30s-early 50s that produced cases for Omega.

Just not sure if it's a Tresor? The movement was verified as calibre 265

Is there a reference number on the inside of the back?

I believe Tresors, as a highline dress watch, were always 18K solid gold, that case is gold filled.

I really doubt it is a Trésor... The Trésors are supposed to be in solid gold as said above, and their cases were produced in Switzerland, which does not seem to be the case here.

I have a watch which seems similar to the OP's one - not a Trésor in either case.

    Thanks Pepin & Fritz!
indeed indeed..agree with u on the solid gold case that Tresors have,
was just wondering if it's really just some random model>> given the similarity with the '49 Tresor (pls see below the extracts from the Omega site), in terms of

    1. similar aesthetics (the logo isnt painted but is a metal piece that sticks out + the subdial's quarter indicators have slightly thicker lines than the other lines which are finer) &

    2. same movement (Calibre 265, 15 Jewels, Serial 11xxxx which dates back to around 47-50)

any thoughts on these similarities? haha but maybe just wishful thinking on my part!

Thanks! Just wondered if it's really a random piece given v similar aesthetics & same calibre (and no. of jewels) with the '49 Tresor
