Omega trench watch with ENTRAL case - looking for verification

Hello all,
I’m seeking help verifying an early Omega wristwatch.

•Dial signed Omega, enamel Roman numerals, red XII, sub-seconds
•Early trench-style case with wire lugs and onion crown
•Inside caseback marked: ENTRAL / Fab. Suisse / Plaque Or / Garanti 10 Ans
•Case number: 675392

I understand Omega used third-party Swiss case makers in this era, especially for plated cases. I’d appreciate confirmation on whether ENTRAL-marked cases are known on genuine Omega watches and whether this case/movement pairing looks period-correct.

Photos of the dial, movement, and caseback are attached.

Thank you for your insights.

Omega had cases made by many companies until recently.
The case was made for Omega by Central Watch Case Company (La Centrale) of Gehäuse; Biel, Switzerland.

Looks legit to me. Central Watch Case Co. was a known contractor for Omega almost since their founding.

Based on charts for both the movement and case serial numbers, your watch dates from the early 1920’s.

Hope this helps,
