From what I can see :
Hands are wrong. Dial is damaged, two screws missing on the caliber and the two other ones that hold it in the case are also gone.

It had a difficult life...

 

I think hands aren't original to the watch.
Dial is in poor condition but looks legit to me.

So my feel was correct about hands , dial, screws and i wonder if the case is the right one?
Maybe a recased one?

 

Out of curiosity, since I'm absolutely no expert: the 5 is partly cut off because of the seconds dial, but the 7 is not. Is this assymmetry a problem?
